Clerk Administrator Lisa A. McNees The City Clerk administers oaths, maintains official City records, cemetery records, payroll, conducts elections, and oversees purchasing, invoicing, and IT services. The clerk also serves as the City's official FOIA coordinator and office manager. She is also responsible for taking minutes at City Council, Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Commission meetings. |

City Treasurer Ann Howard The City Treasurer ensures that property taxes and water/sewer funds are properly invoiced, collected, and deposited or appropriately disbursed to the school district and other taxing authorities. She manages the investment of idle funds, and she prepares and maintains the City’s financial records according to State statue and the City charter. The Treasurer also assists in the preparation and maintenance of the annual budget. |

Department of Public Works Supervisor Joshua Ranes The DPW Supervisor plans, organizes and supervises the operations and personnel of the Public Works Department and performs related administrative duties regarding water system management, sanitary sewer infrastructure, ice and snow removal, and the maintenance of streets, parks, buildings, grounds, cemetery and storm sewer system. |

Department of Public Works Technician Bryan Free The DPW Technician is a position that has many responsibilities. These include monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure of the drinking water, sewer sanitation, and storm sewer. Other important duties this position carries are the maintenance and care of the parks, cemeteries, streets, and signage. The maintenance of the public works equipment that is used for snow removal, lawn care, leaf pick up, and street cleaning are a huge part of this position as well. Everything this position carries is of importance to ensure the safety and care of the community. |
